Call To Artists
The Westminster Festival of Fine Art is celebrating its 36th Anniversary this year! Our well-established Festival is proud to showcase talented artists from Salem, Portland, and the surrounding areas. This year’s dates are October 17-19, 2025.
In our commitment to provide both the public and the artists with a quality Festival, for our 36th Anniversary we are requesting ALL artists (whether past favorites or first-time artists) to submit examples of their work to be juried and considered for the exhibit. Based on the jurors’ selections, 60-70 artists will be extended an invitation to exhibit.
The deadline for submitting entries is Monday, July 14, 2025.

2025 Scholarship Recipients
The Westminster Festival of Fine Art is happy to award scholarship(s) to graduating seniors who have participated in the Westminster Presbyterian Church youth program. Each year, a portion of artist sales are dedicated to this program. We appreciate the support of our artists and visiting guests.
The Westminster Art Festival renamed our scholarship in 2023 to the Westminster Art Festival/Barbara Tallman Scholarship. Barbara was a lover of art and a long time supporter of the Art Festival.
